Load up into V-Sekai as a server and then they hit a collaborate button

- The host player invites friends to their world
- The friends’ clients will automatically connect to the caching solution
- The host player has a valid V-Sekai map project on their computer that they load up into V-Sekai as a server

Add mvsqlite+godot script to collaboration.
